Have 50,000 Dogecoin from 4 years ago, what should I do with it?

Title is pretty self explanatory, i'm reluctant to play the long game because i'm a broke college student with an unreliable car. So, i'm hoping to make the right moves to add to my funds. Looking for investment advice for someone who wants to do some weekend day trading.

Things I know

Look for coins with high volume

Look for coins with a panic

Don't be greedy in my returns (set a goal % and stick to it, unless I would need to dump)

Any tips from you guys on what coins to look at and further advice on trading?
