Bittrex fees - are they wrong?

Hi guys

I just moved from poloniex to bittrex but after looking at their trades after fees, it looks wrong to me.

Is this how it is supposed to be ?

It looks like it gives an additional fee when buying and removing the fee as expected when selling. (figures simplified to show the totals)
