GAS sent to Bittrex account?

So I received a donation today to my Neo wallet. Unfortunately I didn't state that my Neo address is a bittrex address and the person who donated to me sent GAS. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any help would be appreciated, support has already been emailed but figured I'd ask the community.

TLDR; Received GAS to a bittrex Neo address. Is it lost?
