Ethereum will drop from this new price of 465 USD to around 200 USD or less. My recommendation is to SELL ETHER above the 400 price, wherever it is, and buy it back under 300. This way you will be making FREE ETHEREUM, if you hold any at the moment. IF you do not HOLD any ETHEREUM and still believe that ETH will fall, you could open a short position against fiat on Bitfinex which is the best platform available at the moment.
