Bittrex not responding

how do i contact bittrex support any other way than through their official support? i have miss speled my name and need to be manually verified.

i have 12 days old ticket and all i got so far was an automated email, i cant go to their slack channel because you need to be enhanced verified in order to do so.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanl you.
