Any advice on rising projects?

Hey guys, I'm new to crypto, been subbed here for about a month,but trying to learn some things. Its always tough getting in on the ground floor to find things that have the potential to make profit. Where do you find your info? How do you learn about coins before they go way up in price? Any suggestions on coins in the works now? Even if theyre post ICO I just want to find things that look like they might be headed upwards. Thanks in advance.
