What is with OKcash? The scamiest coin I've seen...or legit?

Uhh... so I check out Okcash at the begining of the month, and their website looked like the scamiest shizzz I've ever come across. Apparently they have some deals with gaming, are doing a marketing blitz and trying to move into gaming tournaments; but I didn't even see a white paper.

Is anyone holding this coin other then to PnD? The price has surged and broken past its previous high. It looks to be headed much higher as well.
