What is going on over at Poloniex? Got my account locked and their support is unresponsive!

I put some money aside and put it into Steem few months ago for buy and hold. Last month after Steem boomed I wanted to sell some and put into some other coins. But when I tried to login into my account on Poloniex I got error message "Your account has been locked. Please contact support." I did submit support ticket over 73 days ago and to this day haven't got a response. I don't follow the news on daily basis, what is going on over there?
