SafeExchangeCoin, Thoughts?

I have been doing some research and have come across Safe Exchange Coin. Safe Exchange is a fully decentralized marketplace that allows the users to arrange and settle private or public Safe Contracts.

It seems very interesting, they are also developing their own blockchain called Chillie blockchain. Each Safex holder will recieve Chillie coins based on their holdings. You will also recieve dividends by holding Chillie coins earning a percentage from the marketplace sales.

The idea seems very exciting but the development is in its early phase. Does anybody currently hold any SafeExchange Coins? And are you particularly excited about this project?
