Blockfolio input cost isn't constant?

Whenever I input a transaction, the cost (in $) always changes from the the actual cost (in $) at the time of entering it. For eg. If I enter an OMG/BTC BUY at .00025BTC/OMG (fiat value was $9.35/OMG), it'll show the initial cost to be $9.84 after a while. I suppose it takes the current BTC value to determine the fiat price. This however skewers the net profit/loss. Is there any way to circumvent this and any other blockfolio pro tips to ensure a more accurate experience?
