DCA applied to Top 10

Hello, I'm newish still to Bitcoin/Altcoin, and I'm considering taking the simple DCA approach to collecting cryptocurrencies. Every two weeks, stuff in equal parts of say $1K-U$D into the following 10 coins. The mix would be safest, safe, less safe, and not as safe. I was thinking of this:

SAFEST - BTC, ETH, LTC SAFE - XMR, XRP, NEM LESS SAFE - ARK, NEO, PEER NOT AS MUCH - Syscoin

Thoughts? Re-categorize? Add or subtract? I'm looking for a good mix of long hold, medium range, and quick buck for a balanced mix with the idea that all of them are going to trend upwards over a course of a year.
