bittrex 2FA pls help kkthx

hey guys i want to rebuy neo on bittrex but my phone has no battery i tried to turn it on and insert 2FA code once but this annoying 2nd ip fraud prevention thing made me do it twice and i have no battey left for that now.

how would i go about logging in with my backup key. i tried inserting the secret 2fa key simplz into where the auth app code goes but that doesnt work.

any help would be appreciated
