Why my stop-Loss order did not work ?

I made a stop loss order yesterday on Kraken and unfortunately, it did not work...

I had to cancel this order and then sell at a much lower price.... Losing money at the same time...

Any idea why it did not work ? I am a beginner and I am kinda surprised that a simple order like that did not work...
