Stellar: The new ICO giant?

After the Mobis ICO sold out in milliseconds and they blogged why Stellar is a much better platform than Ethereum for ICOs many more are coming to Stellar.

And if you follow Jed you will see that they are trying to get much more ICOs on Stellar. The SDF is doing the groundwork, flying all around and meeting with big fish.

People claim that ETH went up mostly because all this ridiculous ICOs pouring enormous amounts of money into it. Can this happen to Stellar?
