Sell my DNT/ICN for IOTA?

I'm down a few hundred from whatever the hell happened to DNT and ICN over there on Binance. Even Binance is dropping.

Knowing there's people far more experienced in this than me: do you think I should continue to HODL and hope for recovery? Or cut my losses and buy some IOTA while it's at a fair price. The plan with that would be to transfer IOTA to a wallet and forget about it for a year or two.
