I want to invest in tech companies that make mining hardware, any suggestions?

I already have money with different coins but I want to invest in the companies that make the actual hardware to mine. However I have never actually mined myself and so I don't know which ones are the best currently and who is growing in the market. Does anyone have some suggestions for companies that I can further research?
