How to analyse an ICO?

Hi guys, I'm doing some research as part of an application for a potential job and am relatively new to the whole crypto-currency market. Naturally, I've been doing a lot of research on the topic but i am very keen to hear some diverse, and hopefully unique/ insightful ideas on what qualities make an ICO attractive. I also would like to know what method there are of analysing ICOs since, unlike traditional assets, cryptocurrencies have no cash flow nor ties to a nations macro-economic performance.
