Anyone have any experience with Livecoin?

Sent some coins to the appropriate deposit address. The wallet status of the coin in question immediately changed to "wallet temporarily offline or in maintenance" and I have no ability to trade or withdraw.

This was 5+ days ago. Asked support how long wallets are usually left in a 'temporarily offline or in maintenance' state and was told.

"It depends on the currency, the reasons may be different. But if this happens, then there is a need to update the software, to check the operation of the network or wallet is not available because a request from the developer has been received. Unfortunately you have to wait."

Not sure if I'm just being impatient, just a little frustrated that straight after depositing, my access to interacting with the coins immediately vanished.
