Just some questions about opening an account in a registered company's name

I'm looking for a way to open an account for a registered company. While i tried to find out what is the best way to do so, i stumpbled upon this page http://ift.tt/2vtOL6Z. It was realy helpfull, however I still have some questions:

1) What is the best way to open an account for an Europe based company? 2) What are the tax implications for companies from Europe, specifically the Netherlands, when they hold (not trade) crypto's?

Is there anybody who can help me out in here?
