Do standard transaction fees apply on top of lending fees for Poloniex Margin Trading?

I posted this in r/bitcoinmarkets as well, but i'd like to make some quicker leveraged trades to take advantage of the volatility, but i don't want to pay .25% transaction fees 1,000x getting the hang of it. When a trade is opened, held, then closed, what is the break down of fees? Thank you in advance!
