What's a good exchange that won't freeze my withdrawals and will actually reply to support tickets?

Tried to withdraw BTC from Poloniex Transaction frozen with "awaiting approval" message Supposedly this should be resolved quickly, but if not, contact support after 24 hours 36 hours later Support still ignoring me (ticket #229062)

I know they're busy, but I really needed to do something with those BTC. What are some other good exchanges I can use where I'll never have to deal with this problem?
