Questions regarding the key figures

Hello guys, i have some question regarding the key figures on coinmarketcap.com: 1. Does the "24 h Volume" only include the value of the coins which got traded in the last 24 hours or are the coins which got send from one wallet to another wallet also included in that key figure? 2. If the "24h Volume" does not include the coins which got send from one wallet to another, is there a way to find out how much of a coin got transfered between all of its wallets in the last 24h? Thanks in advance for answers!
