Kraken fiat deposit "lost"; support non-existent

Beware of making Kraken deposits in fiat. I sent a few thousand euro from my bank account 8 days ago (6 full business days) and nothing is showing in my Kraken deposit tab (no mention of the deposit, not even "on hold" or "pending").

Contacting Kraken support is of no use either; no human response what-so-ever to my support ticket (just the automated reply).

So beware of becoming very stressed and feeling as if your money has simply vanished into thin air when depositing fiat into Kraken at the moment.
