In Defense of Poloniex (from A Poloniex hater)
I dont work for Poloniex, I dont have any ties to Poloniex, tbh if I catch any of those mods in the street from the troll box, they better have their best running shoes on. With that said FUCK POLONIEX _ But I will say this in their defense, not because i like them, again FUCK POLONIEX, but I'm saying to quell some of the fear that is going on right now in the crypto community. _ Poloniex may be shady as fuck, they may be involved in insider trading, they may be playing favoritism with coins and dev's, they may also be keeping themselves hidden because they know I'm not the only one who openly wishes harm on them. But as long transfer times, and lockouts happening right now. This has nothing do with any of their usual shadiness. The market cap for Cryptocurrency has doubled within a month. It makes perfect sense that their servers would not be equipped to handle the amount of traffic that they are receiving. If you're still skeptical think about it this way. Poloniex is in the business of making money, and right now, the crypto train has barely left the station, so for them to engage in any overly blatant/ overly shady practices, they would not only be cutting everything off right before the real cashflow starts. _ Now as stated earlier I still don't like Poloniex, but it makes sense that that they would be experiencing the kind of problems that they are experiencing. And as for exit scams, they would have to be the dumbest people ever to leave right now
