Any low buy-in crypto indexes?

I'm trying to set something up for my father that buys a diversity once a month. My ideal spread would be maybe 90% top 10 by market cap and 10% speculative alts.

I can find a million sites for private hedges with big buy-ins, fly-by-night companies selling a token you can only cash out on their private exchange.

Should I just manage my own buys for now or is there anything a little guy can actually buy into without a lot of hassle?
