Issue with Changelly - Constantly pending

Usually this process takes around 20min. Today I have been waiting for over 6 hours for my Ether to be converted into BTC so that I can convert it into a different coin. Changelly just shows a constantly loading sending to your wallet icon, and my Bittrex does not show an incoming pending arrival of BTC like it usually does.

Does anyone have any tips for me in order to get my BTC quicker or what I should in this situation?

Thank you in advance, i'm so frustrated at how long this is taking.
