Bitfinex withdraw problem

Hello everyone,

So I started testing Bitfinex, I bought 100 bucks of iota and tried to send it to a newly created binance account.

It's been two days and the withdraw is still processing, I sent a ticket yesterday and got no answer.

Is it normal ? What can I do to solve this.

Now I'm happy I didn't put more money in bitfinex.
