Please, help me reach Bittrex Support

Hello friends,

I'm sorry for posting this again but i'm desperate. I'm in dire need to withdraw my funds to pay for a last minute surgery and other expenses.

My account has been randomly demoted from Enhanced to New and I've been unable to withdraw my funds. Bittrex hasn't responded to my ticket (It has been 14 days) and I'm getting desperate/worried.

Is there any way any of you can help me get in touch with bittrex support (maybe through slack?)?

Please guys, if any of you have access to their slack help me reach customer support.
