Kraken Tier Processing

For the past 6 months or more my tiers which had been verified initially changed to say processing after about a month of them saying processed and continue to do so. I wonder if this is a bug or if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I had mailed Kraken about it but was told I should still be able to trade. I did try to make a trade to sell ETH a couple months ago but my order kept failing to go through. I mailed them also about this and they said it was due to high usage at the time.

Seems a bit odd.
