Good mix of coin

Hello, I’m new, and have small equal parts into 4 coins, BTC, ETH, LTE, NEO. I feel like I’m being safe. What are riskier higher return coins? How can I read the charts and data on bittrex and COINS, HODL to analyze a coin worth dropping cash into for a short and long term haul? Thanks
