When does the bull market return to the Altcoins?

Hey guys,

Most of my portfólio is in Bitcoin. However, 30% of it is shared between Augur, Lisk and Decred. I am at a terrible loss in those coins.

I would like to hear your opinion, when do you think will we have another bull market in the altcoin market?

Why before the altcoins were pumping together with Bitcoin price and now it is not?

I know nobody has the right answer, just would like to hear some smart opinions before I assume this lost.
