Regarding paying tax after cashing in.

I don't mind paying tax, I always have but correct me if I'm missing something here cuz I don't know the tax laws in relation to realising your investment with cryptos but couldn't you or I just use a platform like TenX to hold our cryptos in and pay for things that way without realising a single penny?
