Does Ethereum Classic still have a promising future? ETC

I just realized I'm overweighted in ETC and am looking to make an informed decision to hodl or fodl. Used to read the telegram chat, but that just turned into a circlejerk trollbox of memes and pumping.

Emerald was higly anticipated, but it came and went without any more tracking for ETC. Now the talk of the town is that new code base, but I suspect this is just more of the same.

Am I wrong to think ETC is losing it's relevance and will fall down the list of market caps?
