Are swaps of hardware allowed here?

If so I have (or will have some) D3s arriving sometime from the 1st Nov, sadly as i live in Australia i am almost totally unable to get some vega 64s. So if anyone wants to swap I am most keen, also keen for ideas on how it could work. I would want at least 6 but would supply a power supply also.
