Need help for buying alts

Hey guys. I'm looking to buy some LTC, more ANS, XEM, some ETH and Strat. My question is, due to the BTC rally (USD to BTC to ALT), should I wait to buy or should I buy even though bitcoin is way up and should correct in the next days?
