How to see change in change of price? (slope of graph)

I'm new to trading. On poloniex there's a "Change" column and i'm able to sort the currencies by the change in price. But i'm interested in seeing change in change of price; that's slope of the graphs. And then sort the list of cryptocurrencies by this slope value. How to do this? Any website/software providing these values?
