How to register for Poloniex (or other exchange) as a business? [USA]

I've got my own poloniex personal account, but a contact of mine and I built a mining rig and realized it can be merged with our business (mostly noncrypto).

How does KYC/exchange registration work for a business? Anyone have experience with this?
