Bitcoin segwit vs Litecoin

Hello,  

I though i understood why litecoin went up so much since segwit got activated and bitcoin was still unsure and stuck in infinite debat but now that we know that bitcoin will go foreward after 01/08 no matter what, what are the advantages of litecoin vs bitcoin with segwit ?  

Are the fees of bitcoin with segwit still be way more costly than fees on litecoin ? What are those advantages that litecoin have over bitcoin with segwit activated ?
