Is the decentralized dream dying?

All I want is a decentralized trustless cryptocurrency that scales. That's it. Where is it?

Bitcoin: doesn't scale BitcoinSegwit: not trustless BU/BC/EC: large blocks cause centralization Ethereum: centralized development, doesn't scale, PoS will make centralization worse Litecoin: centralized development, not trustless, doesn't scale

The rest appear to be corporate coins or have centralized development still. What am I missing?
