Changelly taking more than a day to exchange. Be careful.

I've tried to exchange some Ethereum for Lisk, It's been over 24 hours already and the exchange status is still active (transaction hasn't completed yet). I'm worried that I've lost my cryptos. I've also emailed support and no reply. Be careful of using Changelly. I've used it quite a bit in the past and it has worked until now. If you do use Changelly, I would recommend transferring small amounts incase this happens to you too.
