Why XRP will fail but BTC/ETH will Flourish(Opinion)

I believe the greatest downfall of XRP will be that 60% is centralized in the hands of the founders.

ETH founder Vitalik held 0.6% of all ETH BTC founder held idk(definitely not 60%) XRP pre-mined poof magic Ripple company holds 60%

Big companies and banks don't want to buy into a centralized company like that. This is why the decentralization of BTC/ETH is so special because everyone is getting successful not just one person. If Vitalik held 60% of ETH I guarantee you it would have no chance of taking off the way it did. I don't see XRP getting the support of Crypto enthusiasts or Banks/Institutions due to this major flaw.
