Persisting POLONIX stop-limit bug with funds disappearing (22 May 2017)

Hello folks, are there still people outside who are having troubles with funds disappearing from their POLONIEX account? Today my entire account balance vanished from the radar (4k USD) after setting a stop-limit. Is there another way of resolving this issue except POLONIEX support hotline? Feeling a little bit helpless right now. See you folks!
