Noah Coin vs Pesobit

So I am of Japanese descent and have been looking into Noah Coin and then came across pesobits. I am a noob to this world and am seeking any advice on anyone willing to look at the difference between these two coins. Obviously one has significant figures and experience behind it while the other does not. Just confused seeing as they serve the same purpose?
