anyone else having issues funding kraken account with fiat ?

Hi guys,
I recently made a SEPA wire to kraken (like 10 days ago), and it has been placed on hold since May 12th. I contated the support about this issue but haven't got any response since Monday.
I am already Tier 3 verified and this is the first time I use fund my account with fiat. Anyone else having issues ?
