I'm trying to find information on the historical returns of coins that were added to Bittrex

Does anyone have any insight into the typical returns on coins added into Bittrex overtime. Does it seem like a high percentage of alt coins pump out the gate and continually depreciate or would a buy and hodl strategy work well for coins that get listed?
