Unverified Bittrex Account

Hi all. I am a New York State resident and have just signed into my Bittrex account after a month. It's not requiring me to input my basic information. If I put in I am from NY state, will my holdings be locked? Or is it safe and I can move all my money out?

Please help! Don't want to lose my investment.
