I have money stuck in BTER. What to do?

So several years ago, i must have used BTER for some exchanges. I totally forgot about it. Today I get an email saying they are shutting down on the 31st and to please withdraw my money.

So i log in, and i have three funds. Chineese Yen, BTC and BCC. Combined it's only like $10 but I want my money.

First off I have no idea why some of the money is in yen, I never did that. And secondly it says bitcoin trading and BCC trading are disabled, as well as chineese yen trading due to local policy.

So are the coins lost forever? Anyone else having this problem with BTER?
