Bought BTC from coinbase and now its dipping, what are my options?

I bought .2 bitcoin a couple of days ago, plan was to buy in to 0x(already mooned so too late) but I didnt realize that it takes 7 days for you to receive your coins, so the price i bought them at is locked in and I cant even sell my bitcoins because i literally dont have them yet. Is my only option to hold them until it goes back up and THEN invest in other alts and ICO's?
