Crypto execution services?

Does anyone know of programs that can help with simple trade execution, for example, working an order at the midpoint of the prevailing bid/ask spread until it gets filled? Maybe some of these bot marketplaces have it but I'm wary of handing them my exchange API keys. Any solutions out there which I can just run locally to try and get better fills?
