What's your source for upcoming and new ICOs?

Most sites I've found that lists them don't seem to have anything exciting. Not sure if most new ICOs are crap ideas or these sites only accept money to list them. Anyone have a good site/channel for ICOs that have the occasional good idea? I'm more likely to invest in blockchain tech.
